Horrible experience! I wouldn't recommend going here, find another business to serve you. - I called to set up an initial consultation for orthodontics for our child. I was told that the orthodontist wasn't in daily and only worked certain days. I was ok with that, and scheduled an appointment. The day of my appointment, we waited 20+ minutes to be seen, I was told they were short staffed. My cousin had many bad baby teeth so we came here. The staff was very friendly at first when we walked in, my cousin (7 years old BTW) was nervous like any other kid getting teeth pulled out under anesthesia. they called her in and she was being a little difficult so the 2 nurses grabbed her and pulled her into the room, that’s fine you have to do what you do. Her surgery goes well but when we come home my cousin is talking again and allegedly the 2 nurses had closed her mouth with their hand, told her she was being difficul... read more

At first everything was going good the staff was good i guess but then it started to get scary and crazy they told my cousin to be quiet and they also took her hair out I had it in a braid and when she came home she didn’t have the braid anymore and also they NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH KIDS and sum of yall need to work on YALLS attitude with parents they should let the PARANTS in because what do you mean Her mom can’t go with her own daughter clearly shows they don’t want you to know what’s going on behind your back the ... read more

Just left and our assistant Kim was amazing. So helpful and professional. She was gentle with my daughter. I highly recommend asking for her. I can’t say enough good things about her and this place. Everyone is wonderful! 10/10!
