I had a terrible experience at Woodland Inn Suites. When checking in under my ID and my husband’s credit card, I asked for a two-night stay and a double bed for three people (all family, visiting from out of town). The desk clerk insisted I could only book one night and claimed—incorrectly—that Texas “state law” allows only one person per bed, which is simply not true.
