Woodland Home Works, Nick, Tim, Joe and team were so easy to work with. Clean up was amazing and we could not be happier with the new vinyl siding trim and shutters on our house.
I had been shopping around for an exterior contractor to install a new roof along with some siding repairs when I came across Woodland HomeWorks. Tim provided a thorough overview of the material options, which were offered in a thoughtful proposal at a reasonable pricing structure. Being a Wilmington person since birth, I always look to local family businesses for my first evaluation of a project. I got quotes from 2 other companies and Woodland's. My comfort level was with Woodland and their price was very fair. Nick DiRienzo, one of the project managers ,was on site and always had time to talk with me. Super happy with this company and it's people!
We quoted out a whole-house stripping & re-shingling project with a couple other companies. From the 1st interaction, Woodland rose above the others. Professional, consultative presentation and options discussed & previewed with samples and explanations. Then a prompt, comprehensive quote that was very fair. Total professionals. Roof replacement and other add on items were completed within a day and a half. The crew worked hard, fast, and accurately. Joe was transparent, courteous, and kept me informed every step of the way. Don and Tim were pleasant and easy to work with as well. They definitely care about the customer and aren't out to make a quick buck. I would not hesitate to work with Woodland HomeWorks again on future projects.
