The team at Woodland Homes has been very professional. They have a caring spirit and are dedicated to helping build the perfect home. These days, it seems to be harder and harder to find a contractor with these qualities. If you are searching for an honest company/contractor to build your next home, I recommend you meet with their team immediately.
Very friendly until after you pay, have had a broken patio door and hollow/dead flooring for over 7 months. Got hit with the "we will send someone out to fix it" yet we are still waiting, they have a whole warranty they never act on, between that and the workers blockong trash services, the roads, and leaving trash and corona beer bottles everywhere, really would not recommend. Carrie and Nikki are doing a great job revamping the warranty process and getting things done! Woodland homes has always been great to work with. The quality of their homes is a testament to the great people they have that strive to produce a great product!
Woodland Homes has an outstanding warranty department. Nikki Thompson, helps schedule all trades for warranty items. She is great at following the scheduling perimeters per homeowner and vendors so that the time is efficient for everyone involved.
We love the quality and craftsmanship of our home. It was a pleasure working with everyone to build our home.
