It would be nice to hear from the builder respond to some of these negative reviews to put a potential home buyer at ease. There is always 2 sides to a story but some of these concerns mentioned are serious and extremely bad business. If these things are true and we're never resolved it sounds like it could be a failing business on its way to bankruptcy or atleast asking for it. My experience with pinecrest homes has been amazing. Not only is the quality of this house outstanding so is the customer service. Jeff T, and Kyle had answers for all our questions and the superintendent Paul even got the house completed ahead of schedule.
Buyer Beware!!!! We decided to build our home with this so called custom home builder. We have had a very poor experience as others have stated on here. The customer service and warranty dept. is so out of touch and of No help. They can never give you and answer, and good luck getting a call back after they go to the owners or your construction super. We built with this builder & loved our home. We let them complete our home with no issues. They have a lot of houses going, it would be impossible to keep everyone happy & we know that. There were a few items we wanted completed but they were done on our 45 day review. I normally don't write reviews, but looked online & felt really bad for them. Stay very far away from this builder. They make a ton of promises and don't deliver on any of them. Customer service is very poor or nonexistent. You will have to watch every move they make. I will tell you this has been one of the worst decisions my wife and I have ever made. Birchwood, Pine Crest, Richland, and Woodland. Everything that comes out of mouth of one of these employees is a lie. we have been more than patient for them to follow through, and have been let down every time. We built a Woodland Homes this past year and are experience was fantastic! We have built many homes in the past so know what to expect with builders. They were on top of are requests, even if it took few extra weeks to get something completed, they made sure it was done. They look out for their customers & have the customers best interest at heart. We love woodland! Thank you everyone who worked hard for us!
