Ok, so there should be two reviews, one for the inside store, and one for the lumber yard. 5/5 for the inside. Staff are so helpful. Very friendly, literally walked with me to fill my shopping list in different departments and were knowledgeable. Huge upgrade over Home Depot. Aisles are organized well, pretty well stocked, no issues at all. 2/5 for the lumber yard. And I might be being generous here, hard to say. But wood selections were picked over, badly. Idk who it was that was helping me but I asked for a 4x4 post and he looked at me with this dumb look. After explaining it it’s like he didn’t know what the hell we were talking about. There was almost an attitude when he was talking to me and my wife. At the till I saw him again just standing looking lost. No clue if he was high or something but idk why he even works there.
Great place for home hardware needs. Very helpful and friendly staff!

I was extremely disappointed by the treatment my young son and I received upon entering this store. We had barely stepped through the door when a worker—shouting from the furthest till—demanded that I leave my purse behind the counter. The tone and volume were jarring, not just to me but to my child, who was visibly shaken & the patrons at the till closest to us.
