Love our new cupboards. Their staff are very knowledgeable and helped us with the daunting task of ordering what we needed for or new kitchen. Delivered right to our door. Only wish would be more in-store stock for door handles, lighting, sinks and taps but just a small inconvenience.
I visited your store today 12:45pm ish to return an item, but unfortunately, I encountered some difficulties with the customer service team. A staff member (older guy and older lady) advised me to complete the return online, stating that no one in the store was familiar with the process. I mentioned that I successfully completed a return during my previous visit, yet they informed me that I would need to come back, as they were unable to assist me.
