So far a great experience!! I do understand the process of starting changes and updating. Things won’t always be perfect but I do expect for any of my concerns and any apartment issues as well as my neighbors to be taken care of. Just moved here so I can’t judge good or bad but so far my experience is awesome. I have a ESA and he is loving taking walks everyday. He enjoys the view from the windows. Zero stars I just wanted some information about a apartment the lady said I had to make a appointment, she was not busy at all she could had help because last time I was there I didn’t need a appointment. Don’t come here if you are looking for apartments
I had a great experience at Woodland Hills Apartments in Irving, TX! The community is well-kept, peaceful, and in a convenient location. What really stood out, though, was the amazing service from the manager, Katelyn. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. Whether I had questions or needed assistance, she was always quick to respond and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
