I have been extremely disappointed with the maintenance and overall responsiveness at this property. Within my first month of living here, my dishwasher did not work. I had to email, call, and physically go to the office multiple times before it was finally replaced. There was little to no communication unless I followed up repeatedly. I would give a zero if I could. I walked over to see if the pool was opened. No sign so I go back home and got ready. I walked back to go to the pool and maintenance guys said it was closed for cleaning on Mondays. I told both of them that there is no sign. Both told me told me they don't put a sign up for cleaning. We scheduled an in-person tour a week in advance. We drove almost an hour for our tour just for them to tell us there were no units they could show us and that we should just do the virtual tour. They said they might be able to show us something over a week from now but they’d give us a call. They even called us the wrong name when we walked in. We had to go to work after this, extremely glad we didn’t take off for this waste of time.
Prospective renter here, feeling like I dodged a bullet before even getting roped into living at a place so horrendous. First red flag was their "special" for a months rent free, ONLY if you sign up today and ONLY if you select 12 month lease, which is conveniently $100 a month more expensive than any other lease term, for all available apartments, which adds up to about a months extra rent wise.
