Henry works in maintenance and has been doing a great job for the almost 2 years I have been here. He also is professional and very quick to solve issues that arise especially when I have been in a time bind.
Very nice & clean place with nice management team, who were great in communication & follow up. We got a nice tour & discussed prices but we decided to extend our lease for now considering (prices & space sf) vs income
i have lived at the dakota since march of this year, i wanted to wait to give an accurate review. i have to give props to the maintenance and the leasing office, they always respond very swiftly. aysia and zach in the leasing office is incredibly responsive and helpful. henry and dung in maintenance comes out same day. the amenities are amazing; the pool, pickleball courts and the pool are amazing. i recommend this place to everyone. it's quiet, safe and close to everything.
Let bed here for quiet a while it’s amazing coming from a kids perspective 😁
