Jason and Luke were very helpful throughout our home buying process. They were very responsive and patient in explaining us about the upgrades. The community location is very nice near to the commuter rail and the neighborhood is very friendly and helpful.
It’s not worth the hassle. Customer support and customer care are, to say the least, good for nothing. Pulte Homes has a very poor corporate culture and lacks a customer-centric approach. I have yet to come across a single person who is a Pulte Homes customer and had a good experience with them. All of them, including myself, regret doing business with Pulte Homes.
Overall very smooth process and they delivered our home right on time. Sales office provides timely communication and updates on the home at least once a month. Happy with the outcome.
Absolutely destroyed a Beautiful forest. What a shame.
