If you buy at the current prices, I don't foresee you being able sell at any higher in the next 10 years, in the eventuality of the need arising due to whatever circumstances the market might throw at you. So, buy here only if you are cash rich and do not ever need to sell at all. Otherwise, the prices are marked up 25-50% of where they ought to be, and I am not talking about their advertised prices, which will buy you nothing. Our experience with Pulte has been frustrating from start to finish. Their advertising feels like a bait-and-switch, with property listings and prices that don’t reflect reality. When we reached out for details, we found that the options we were interested in were either unavailable or much more expensive than initially advertised. Communication has been poor, and it’s clear they prioritize making the sale over transparency. If you’re looking for honesty and straightforward information, I’d recommend avoiding Pulte.
Very poor built and customer care. Also, buyers beware. Just find Pulte homebuilders complaints on Facebook page which has over 13k members.
