The care I received was excellent. I had to to the ER FOR abdominal pain and it was very painful. I was taken to emergency surgery that revealed a ruptured bowel. Was in surgery for hours then to recover in ICU followed by 23 days on the med surge floor where the care I received was professional and loving. Every nurse and tech knew their job and they did it with skill and knowledge of seasoned professionals ; God truly blessed me with the care I received!!!!!

CT scanner at Woodland Heights Imaging quit working mid-stream. My back was hurting worse when I left, than when I got there. Technician was very attentive at keeping me informed of how she was trying to get the scanner to work again. She finally had to shut it down and re-start it.

My experience with my surgery registration @Woodland Heights Diagnostic Center was horrible. My insurance covered the majority of my bill. Then to be told that I needed to pay my portion up front, which I did not have or I could not have the surgery. Then told I had to pay a down payment of $100 on a payment plan after approval from someone or I couldn't have the surgery. The Doctor say surgery you all say MONEY over HEALTH.

Nice polite personnel. Knowledgeable and caring. Kept us updated on our situation. Staff and Physicians very clear with after care and expectations after treatment.
