I had surgery at Woodland Heights. The Doctor and staff were great. No issues. The administration off is a different story. I was a self pay. Paid everything upfront. They put my payment information in incorrectly and now I have calls from a collection agency. Its been months and they still can't figure out how to fix it.

Nursing Staff was Wonderful. Communication between departments was abominable. Seemed seldom the right hand knew what the left hand was doing. Dr's Communication with patient was horrible. Many Barely speak English and expect patient to understand medical terminology on top of the broken English issues. After stating what they are obligated to tell the patient, they leave, while questions abound ....

Horrible experience! The night nurses that delivered my baby were very rude!! Except for the day nurse, the intern from SFA and the anesthesiology team they were very kind. When I pushed my call light the nurse had an attitude and I tried not to even bother them at all. Trash in the room piled up for 3 days. No care or concern during labor and delivery. When expressing my pain they ignored it without allowing an epidural. I had my son and never received my epidural. They told me to shower after and they did not return to che... read more

I arrived a bit early, but was taken care of quickly and proffessionaly by everyone. Was a pleasant suprise to get thru so quicly.

I had 2 procedures this morning. The facility was great and comfortable for me and my spouse. The staff was very friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable.
