The Apartment Manager is extremely rude, and unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone stay here. She will not provide me with the owners' information.
Owner please come save your investment! Your manager is rude, unprofessional, and just ignorant. Maintenance is non existent and unqualified. It could be a nice place if you would get rid of them!
I'm a new tenet here at Woodland Heights, the apartment manager has very poor and unprofessional management skills. I got a knock on my door wait,, let me rephrase that, a BANG at my door while she was contentiously BANGING at my door she was yelling unprofessional remarks. I had a pleasure to meet with Karen the apartment manager on 10/18/12. I felt like she was a lifesaver. She understood my situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Unfortunately, the apartment was not available at the time but, she assured me that when one becomes available she would let me know. She gave excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable of her job. I am looking forward to move in with great management at woodland heights in Sanford.
