We are regulars at this clinic for our weekly allergy shots. Our clinician is excellent (Dr. Crans Yoon)-- but we constantly think of switching clinics because the visits are so frustrating. Front of office staff click away at their computers. They do not look up or acknowledge when people come in the door (which is different from other dignity locations right next door).
