I have lived in many apartments in the Tri City area and this is the worst property I have ever rented from. On August 15th the property's maintenance man used his key to help himself into my apartment to take my $270. He quit the next day, there is a police report and he refuses to pick up his last check. There are 4 of us in the 3 bed 1 1/2 bath, 2 kids and 2 adults. The first thing we noticed was how maintenance takes forever to fix anything. We waited for almost 2 years to have the lock on our bedroom window replaced after it just fell off just months after moving in. They finally cut a stick to use as a lock after 2 years. Now its almost been 3 years and still no lock. My toilet exploded and flooded my entire apartment and i couldnt get ahold of anyone for the emergency after hours help.
