They are great at working with my 3 year old son! Good with kids in general ☺️
So disheartening, this place totally dropped the ball on my daughters glasses, we have been waiting 13 weeks and still nothing. They have given me the run around like you wouldn't believe. First it was 6 weeks, then when I called at 8 weeks I was told it was going to be 11 weeks and that I was originally told that, no, I was never told that. I'm almost positive whomever orders the glasses made a mistake and now they are pushing it off on the insurance company. Very unfortunate as I have a child who very much needs their glas... read more
