I absolutely hate this community. People's homes are being broke into and items are being stolen from not just my Lot by other lots in this community and NOTHING is being done. We pay all this money for their lot but hey won't do anything about items being taken. The property manager is a joke as everyone else in that office. We also pay for a pool that HAS YET to be open due to bathrooms being remodeled. We were told pool would be open in May by may came and has gone out the door and it's now June and we are being told seco... read more

they make water bills what they want it to be I got three and a half years of mine 6 years of the neighbors to show this place is crazy it's taking them over a week now to figure out how they accidentally charged me $500 on water my neighbor 300 the other one 300... don't know what they're doing in there but it sure as hell not their job. and we don't even live in your Park
Filled out an application he was denied, apparently this place want you to have a 620 so you can rent. Say yes community my behind.
Place sucks and the staff sucks more.
The staff was very inviting and welcoming. They made sure all the necessary paperwork and touch ups were made before we moved in. I look forward to making this community my new home. Thank you Toni for the beautiful plant to start off our stay.
