Although I can't speak to what it's like living at Woodland Estates, my experience with the property management team was disappointing. I joined the waitlist in January 2025 and was informed that it was quite long, which I understood. I followed up regularly, including in July 2025, and was told I was still on the list with no openings. However, when I called again in October 2025 to check my status, I was told my name had been removed from the waitlist because they had mailed a letter asking if I wanted to remain on it. Jayne is awesome! She's been very helpful from the jump and is always nice when I speak to her. Would recommend anyone for these apartments and to speak with Jayne with questions.
Jayne was an absolute delight! She was incredibly friendly, informative, and professional. Whenever I had any questions, she promptly responded to them.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! while I was in the middle of moving out the maintenance men broke in and stole items from me!!! The property manager is literally a joke! They lie and steal from tenets. TRASHHHHHHHHH
