They cant handle criticism. They'll try to violate you on parking when anyone else who doesn't live there will park in paying residents area as well. Maintenance has gone down management is done poorly and unprofessional. Also if you apply here they will skip over you and not even contact you only to let you know the wait is long and nothing more after that. Wasnt a resident just witnessed problems my friends had living here. Glad they got out! & happy I never became a resident here as well with this type of management.

Although I can't speak to what it's like living at Woodland Estates, my experience with the property management team was disappointing. I joined the waitlist in January 2025 and was informed that it was quite long, which I understood. I followed up regularly, including in July 2025, and was told I was still on the list with no openings. However, when I called again in October 2025 to check my status, I was told my name had been removed from the waitlist because they had mailed a letter asking if I wanted to remain on it.
