currently living here and cannot wait to leave. but if you like living with mice then this is the place for you. contacted for help but they only called an exterminator which gave some crappy traps that didn’t work. overall 10/10 would recommend to absolutely no one. also they advertise a “professional cleaner before moving in” which I do not believe actually does a good job due to their being dirt and the shower drain completely filled with hair which i had to remove the second day of living here. The complex has left potholes untouched for so long that my roommate, my friend, and me have all popped our tires. Instead, they built some underwhelming playground that never gets used and then after that was finished, they finally addressed the potholes. A tree fell on my friend and neighbors cars, they've blocked off parking spots multiple times, they've left traffic cones in weird inconvenient places for months at a time, and the dog waste bags are left empty for weeks when they run out. My guy Leo helped out in an issue that I had with my refrigerator and was wonderful. The fridge now works and I couldn't be more grateful to him for his kindness and willingness to make sure it worked.

I have lived here for the past 6 years and have also referred friends to live here as well. Maintenance and the front office have always been super responsive over the years for any issue big or small. The office has creative events such as gardening contests in the summer and Super Bowl recipe contests. All of the staff here take pride in what they do, and I am proud to be a resident here !
