I moved into this place and everything was great at first! Quiet, the management at the time was responsive to every one of my needs. Even though they were in transition to new management, I assumed foolishly that I would be receiving the same quality of service. THIS COMPLEX IS A JOKE!!! I moved into this apartment complex because I was explicitly told it would be a safe environment for my cat and that I’d have a yard space suitable for him. Within a week of letting him outside, my cat went missing. A week later, management sent out a mass email warning residents about coyotes in the area and telling everyone to keep their animals inside. That information would have mattered BEFORE I moved in. The office has Known about the problem for over a month, nothing has been done so far.
The maintenance at Woodland Estates is wonderful! They always communicate clearly with a plan to complete the repair, and follow through successfully. I so appreciate the professional, skilled and quality maintenance service here!
