Pictured is the sparkling pool they advertise! Since I moved in in january , this place was relatively peaceful, then the management from sparq took over. Propped doors, fire alarms , going off all of six times now, and the rudest , most unresponsive management i've ever dealt with in my ten years of renting. I live here and love it . The view from my patio and windows looks like park. Moved in because of the security and how quiet it is. I rented the community room for my daughter's baby shower. The space is real nice and is equipped with nice furniture and lots of space. The shower was great. Dorothy the manager made sure we were let in a little early so we could decorate.
I've been here a little over 15 years and the people who work here are good, respectable people and the apartment complex itself is in a great location.
They responded to my previous review saying they take things seriously! Yea right! They are so unbelievably unprofessional! I gave them chances to fix things and they basically told me no but you can leave! Looking into suing this place for distress, my injuries, and a bill they stuck me with due to not providing adequate move out instructions! Please don’t even waste your time here! Look at my past reviews!
