If you are immunocompromised in any way i highly recommend you look elsewhere. The amount of dog crap 💩 here is a serious health hazard for everyone! Dogs spread diseases thru their poop and every time someone steps in a pile, they too participate in spreading any potential diseases. Some diseases are spread thru the air, so if you breath as youre walking past a pile of poop, especially if its been there a while attracting flies etc, (which is basically anywhere on or near the property) you could get sick. naturally the own... read more

Residents take their dogs out on the property and along the trails next door, and let them poop everywhere without picking it up. So gross.

So far so good. We're 5 months into a 1 year lease and to my absolute astonishment I have 0 complaints. Maintenance has been really quick to respond even when it's something mundane like the handle breaking off the dryer door. It's a quite neighborhood with friendly people and the crime rate is almost nonexistent. Safe place for kids. Lots of biking trails nearby and everything (groceries, library etc) close (a 10 or 15 minute drive away). The management company required a 700 credit score, with no wiggle room. I make over $50k a year and have impeccable rental history. I even had a co-signer that made over $100k a year with great credit and they still wouldn't approve me. When asked what their reasons for denial were, they were extremely vague and referred me back to the credit decision which in itself was extremely vague. Living here is just not worth the hassle of the poor management team.
