You couldn't ask for a better place to live. They keep this place emaculet. It has a space age laundry room. If you have a problem maintenance is right on top of it.
It seemed very quiet in this neighborhood. The grounds were kept really clean. It was a nice little community.
If you want bed bugs, disgusting, musty, faulty , illegal by all code apartments , these are perfect for you
The office manager Vonnie is very very rude and always has the worst attitude. The apartments are crumbling around you and they could not give two craps about it, DONT RENT HERE! You can do better!
This place is black mold infested, the yard foods every time it trains because they failed to have a drainage ditch flow thru to the viaduct and it is getting worse every year. I've complained about the massive black mold in my apartment since the 3rd month I've lived here and I've been here almost 4 years now. Every time I ask about it they tell me they have no record of my complaint because it wasn't in writing, I sent corporate umbrella Properties several emails, still no resolution and I can't afford to move.
