The office manager Vonnie is very very rude and always has the worst attitude. The apartments are crumbling around you and they could not give two craps about it, DONT RENT HERE! You can do better!
This place is black mold infested, the yard foods every time it trains because they failed to have a drainage ditch flow thru to the viaduct and it is getting worse every year. I've complained about the massive black mold in my apartment since the 3rd month I've lived here and I've been here almost 4 years now. Every time I ask about it they tell me they have no record of my complaint because it wasn't in writing, I sent corporate umbrella Properties several emails, still no resolution and I can't afford to move. From reading reviews, I think the management has definitely changed. I moved in for August, and I have to say that the staff in the front office has been the most helpful and responsive staff in any complex I've either lived in or heard of. I would have to say the same of the maintenance staff as well. The moment we needed assistance with an appliance, I didn't even call after hours but they were in with a quickness to resolve the problem the very next morning.
