Really went downhill after Dr. Lee left. Disappointing in a place that is supposed to help people with mental health issues. Some places don’t realize they are messing with peoples lives when they have unrealistic new patient protocols. I reached out for help and got put on a waiting list. Had an appointment which I spaced out because, life…and got thrown back on the waiting list. What are people supposed to do for help???

There are some serious systemic issues at this treatment center, but I do believe that there are some very competent and caring individuals working for them. I had an extremely negative experience in November of 2024 due to staff and personal negligence, and I had to seek extensive treatment to heal from what happened during my stay there.
