This place is a joke and should be shut down! If your son is experiencing a crisis and threatening suicide and you’re from another county, however he’s located in that county they won’t do shit! Called them begging to take my child this past Friday and they said that he would have to wait until Monday to make sure the other county would pay for it. What a joke!! I went to this place even after my doctor recommended another for my mental health but I went anyways. Not very professional. Confusing and I wanted and expected to meet with an actual doctor to evaluate my specific needs. Nope. They set up some team meeting that nobody even showed up for until the meeting timed out and logged off. I'm not going to transmit myself on camera speaking about my mental health over the internet. Really went downhill after Dr. Lee left. Disappointing in a place that is supposed to help people with mental health issues. Some places don’t realize they are messing with peoples lives when they have unrealistic new patient protocols. I reached out for help and got put on a waiting list. Had an appointment which I spaced out because, life…and got thrown back on the waiting list. What are people supposed to do for help???
