My favorite bakery in Plano
I love their bakery been going there for 3 years and always buy my regular plain croissant in the morning. Just walked in and she told me it's sold out. Last customer bought it. Ok. No problem, I asked her are you making any more? She said no! It's only 9:34 am and you told me not making any more? It has never happened before. So you are telling me you closed at 5 pm and not going to make more croissants? It doesn't make sense. Not gonna go back because who ever work in the front doesn’t know anything!
I was ordering sandwiches for six people so I called ahead and immediately was answered and asked to put on hold for “one second”, I complied with no issue in 12 minutes later I am still on hold. Once I hung up and tried to call back, it was immediately sent to voicemail so I placed an order online and drove up to the restaurant. Once I got there, the restaurant was totally empty. Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a came 2 weeks ago. I went in person because it seemed long for a confirmation, just to see if someone could call to discuss. I never received that call. 4 days before the day I needed the cake they send me a cake order confirmation. In the body of the email they said they would send a payment confirmation link. Amazing cakes! It's super easy to order cakes through their online portal. The flavor and presentation are 10/10. I think people who are rating the cakes poorly are not used to eating things with real, whole ingredients and are expecting an artificial flavor, or are not following the care instructions properly. I order birthday cakes here for my entire team and we always look forward to it! So so happy to support local business.
