I visited this apartment complex today. There of evidence of mold. The smell of the mold will overpower you. It is ashame the residents have to live under those conditions. Please do not live there.
I have people live there and it’s the worst place ever they over priced and they don’t treat the place and bugs every where and people have children there they sould be a shame of there self someone needs to report them seriously it’s sad ..
Very bad customer service , rude manager . requesting maintenance to fix AC/ H, every time but no thing is fixed yet . I don’t recommend any one to move over here
Have family that lives here the place is a dump. They don't even have trash cans for the tenants, they have to walk down to their "other" dump Georgian Oaks to throw trash. This is awful for the elderly that lives there. Behind the apartments is so much trash, there is also roaches. Be very aware of this dump in Smyrna. They also took the pool away. For $1100 plus the owners should be ashamed of themselves. It's sad that people live here because they can't afford anything else.
