Pros: Great location near the university for each major, Woodland and Westridge are closer to Boebel and Otts than some dorms, and Washington Place is across the street from Doudna, Ullsvik and the Art building. A driven staff who show care and for their tenants. Multiple complexes with varying styles and amenities to match each type of renter. Parking is intentionally never oversold. Overall nice apartments. Reasonable rent prices for the area. Apartment complex has off street parking. Management was always friendly and responded quickly to issues.
