Grateful to have moved from an entirely different state to New York. I think for me, it is the warmth and ease with which I was welcomed by the manager and management team. To have them call you back, accommodate your travel needs and make everything electronically available with ease was impressive. There have been a lot of improvements in the last year that make the place a lot better to look at. I'm in an older apartment, so I'm not benefiting from all the internal updates, but the exterior is a lot better. One of the things my apartment did get was new windows which have greatly improved our energy consumption and are easier to mess with. So far my experience here has been very good. It is taken a while for a few of my move-in list items to be addressed but that is somewhat understood since the area is going through a huge remodel. Which is also a good thing. The staff is receptive and helpful. Overall it is quiet and clean in this community and I hope that it stays that way. Especially since it is also reasonable to live here which is also a huge selling point.
