RecommendedThe staff, the services and the 24-hour service The staff is absolutely amazing! I have used several times for emergency services and each time the entire staff has been sympathetic, kind, efficient, and gentle to my dog, rabbit, cats. I find their prices within the lines of other vet clinics and emergency hospitals. They are my vet clinic and I highly recommend!
I have serious issues of vet competence working tonight. Took my dog in for follow up exam for dislocated elbow. 4 hours sitting in parking lot for a 30 minute cast. No big deal with understanding emergencies. Follow up was $210 and not bad after the $1300 initial bill. HOWEVER...less than 18 hours later, cast apparently was not applied correctly. I would like to start with, do not come here. Over night emergency go to SAVES in Fayetteville. Second if it’s a day emergency, go to BANFEILD in MORROW. They are so kind. UNLIKE, the NIGHT CREW here. The vet tech on the phone talked OVER me and hung up on me when voicing my concern... THEN the night manager JENNY chose to listen to her lying vet tech and take her side rather than ours.... two people in the car... they were so rude and so unprofessional that we felt uncomfortable leaving our babies in their care. Highly recommend this place! My husband and I brought a kitten he found here because our vet was closed. The staff was prompt and very kind. Price for the care of the kitten was reasonable as well especially considering it's after hours AND the weekend. We will absolutely use this vet again.
Thank you for being so sweet to us during our grief for our sweet Molly. Staff was very caring and the veterinarian was so gentle and kind. It will never be for gotten❤️❤️ would recommend 💯 percent!
