I wish a zero was permitted...I WONDER IF THE OWNERS KNOW HOW THEIR CLIENTS ARE BEING TREATED...FIND ANOTHER VET...I DID...your pet means nothing to them...nor do they have any bedside manner for your pet!
Worst experience ever!! I was almost tricked into thinking they cared about my pet. A week ago my pet was brought here after he got into a fight. He has multiple scars and a semi deep wound on his ear. After waiting and watching other people and their pets seen because they said my dogs vitals were normal I was finally taken to a room after 5hours. They recommended surgery(stitches) for the wound, him to be sedated and that it was severely infected. They attempted to charge about 2,000. I only had 1000. After waiting forever... read more
This place needs to be shut down! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I could not put a zero star. Their management and office staff needs to be replaced. All of the loving Doctors have left. Many people have told me to stop going there now I see why. If your are looking for a loving place RUN!!!! They are heartless and rude. They even threw my dog that passed away paw print in the trash bc I took to long to pick it up. Which is true due to I was too sad to deal with it at that moment. Now we have nothing to reme... read more

feed approximately 25 to 30 feral cats in Henry County at 6 different sites. I brought in one of my friendlier semi-feral community cats to Woodland Animal Hospital recently after noticing the night before the cat had ALOT of pus around his back-end, his rectal area looked raw/injured and his tail was flaccid/down with no movement. I did not have a carrier with me so i could not get the cat until the next night. I know from reading online and a similar issue with another community cat, that a flaccid/no movement tail is indi... read more
Go find another vet. This one only cares about the money.
I had a good experience with the animal hospital. I took my fur baby since he’s been in pain going to the bathroom. The staff was friendly and efficient. They also told me the cost of everything up front and gave me their best advice on how to treat my baby.
I took my baby there yesterday. She was not in good shape she had a uterine infection. They wanted to do surgery at the tune of $3500. But they wanted this money upfront as a deposit?? We couldn't afford it and they offered no payment arrangements. They wouldn't even give her a pain and antibiotic shot for 80.00. We left and took her home and once we got home she was worse than when we left, so I really don't know what happened when She was in there because they didn't allow us to come in. She couldn't even walk. She died la... read more
When our Basset Hound Remi ate a rock and had to have emergency surgery Dr Rawson and staff were very caring and explained everything over the phone. They gave us round the clock updates on our sweet girl. Yes, her surgery was pricey but seemed to be the average price. They never blind sided us with prices and kept us updated on our account. Our girl stayed for 4 days and I feel like they gave her the best care. Thank you Woodland Animal Hospital for saving our fur baby.
