I lived in Woodland Acres for 4 years. I was a very loyal tenant, I always paid early, kept the place clean, and was quiet. The complex has turned into a dump over that period of time. The prices are way too high for the lackluster units. They believe their 2 bedroom “newly renovated townhomes” are worth $950 per month. In those units you only have 1 bathroom, paper thin walls, the cheapest appliances Lowe’s has to offer, windows that won’t open, and high increases in rent each year.
