The cost. Low square-footage for the price.
Before we signed the lease, we visited our apartment before and noticed that there was maintenance still working on the apartment and obviously the apartment was still not clean. Two days later when we signed the lease I specifically stated if a deep clean has been done since we saw the apartment. My wife and I were told it was deep cleaned and all ready to be moved in to.
