The cost. Low square-footage for the price.
Before we signed the lease, we visited our apartment before and noticed that there was maintenance still working on the apartment and obviously the apartment was still not clean. Two days later when we signed the lease I specifically stated if a deep clean has been done since we saw the apartment. My wife and I were told it was deep cleaned and all ready to be moved in to. Been here for 3 years now, never had any issues. The walking paths around the reservoir are great.
I've been a tenant here since the spring of 2019. For the most part, I have a wonderful neighbor's, and I have some sense of peace minus the months mice made it into my apartment in the winter & spring of 2024. The owners have been patching up this place since I've been out here. Keeping the landscaping nice makes a difference. We did have more trees, but they got cut down.
