I've been a tenant here since the spring of 2019. For the most part, I have a wonderful neighbor's, and I have some sense of peace minus the months mice made it into my apartment in the winter & spring of 2024. The owners have been patching up this place since I've been out here. Keeping the landscaping nice makes a difference. We did have more trees, but they got cut down. The price is good, and for the best part I get a peice of mind. I moved here 4/2019. I will say that I did have plumbing issues around fall of 2020, which is resolved. I have pre Covid cabinets.🤣 They have remodeled the kitchen in the other units as tenants moved out, so the price went up a little. The price is still good. The walking trail is nice. I have lived her for years. Absolutely love it. We love it so much my mother moved in years ago in her own unit. Lisa and Katie treat you like a friend, a neighbor as well as allowing me to print stuff. No better value around. Plus lately I have seen more improvements then ever before. LOVING like on the lake
