The place is infested with roaches, my dishwasher is moldy and broken, and the maintenance man did not fix it. My bathroom tub and wall are peeling. The floor in the kitchen is disgusting. The vinyl is coming off. These people don't care about your concerns. Please live somewhere else if you can afford it. I've been living here for years, and my apartment looks worse every time. I would like to give a shout out to all the wonderful staff at Woodlake. From all of the office staff. To the maintenance dept. for their loyalty and customer service with the tenants that live here. If you would like a nice place to call home and enjoy living somewhere that you don’t have to worry or be concerned about your safety or having your needs met. This would be the place.
I just signed my renewal for the upcoming year here. I waited a full year of living here to write my review. We love it! I was hesitant to move here due to some negative reviews but I can now say with full certainty that it’s a lovely community to reside in. Maintenance is on top of all issues I have requested be addressed within a day or two, max. The facilities are very well kept. The leasing office is responsive and attentive.
