Woodlake village apartments the service is awesome everyone is professional and helpful I love it here because it's so peaceful especially coming from a long day of work thanks for always looking out for your residents thanks for the amazing service you give us here at Woodlake.
The internet is horrible no matter what you do. I've had a technician come out to try and fix it 4 separate times with no success. The tub in the bathroom is peeling all around. The water is constantly being shut off for them to work on some sort of maintenance that is apparently never ending. They claim that they will tow vehicles that aren't registered or insured on the lot but they will pick and chose who they tow. The staff and workers are not here for the people. My husband and I have been here for a couple years now, and we are very happy with the maintenance people that come and help us when our apartment needs something. Shout out to Darren for always being the one to save the day with a smile and his humor. Always makes things easier. Michael is always a pleasure to talk to when I go to the front office!!
I am so happy that I moved into this community. They have been wonderful. I feel very safe and very spacious unit.
