Had a co signer and there still refused me for 4 year eviction. That was complete crap had mold no water no heat. Sewage would come into basement. Of course I left cuz there would fix anything. Owe absolutely nothing towards eviction. No felonies. I make 6 times the rent. The application process was confusing. You would have an error and have to go thru entire thing just to find it. Literally took 20 minutes to get thru it with the agent. There wasn’t anyone there when our appointment was supposed to be for.

My son lived here for 3 yrs never had any issues. The management team was always helpful and nice. And if you needed maintenance they was always there for the response. Never had issues with bugs. The bug man was always there spraying. This place was a good place to live at.
Avoid this place at all costs lol. Management is unorganized, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and falling apart—peeling countertops, broken drawers, and a fan that barely worked. I filled out the move-in inspection form, and they only half fixed the fan, which broke again the next day (and probably still doesn’t work). Not a safe area, if you want your car to be broken into many times and not be able to go in a walk then this is the place for you. They can easily gate the community as there is only one entrance to it. however, they will not do it
