My son lived here for 3 yrs never had any issues. The management team was always helpful and nice. And if you needed maintenance they was always there for the response. Never had issues with bugs. The bug man was always there spraying. This place was a good place to live at.
Avoid this place at all costs lol. Management is unorganized, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and falling apart—peeling countertops, broken drawers, and a fan that barely worked. I filled out the move-in inspection form, and they only half fixed the fan, which broke again the next day (and probably still doesn’t work). Not a safe area, if you want your car to be broken into many times and not be able to go in a walk then this is the place for you. They can easily gate the community as there is only one entrance to it. however, they will not do it
I would recommend this complex to anyone. It's a very quiet community, the maintenance team is always prompt to fix any issues. The management duo Cheyenne & Michael were always very helpful and kind. I only moved out because I moved to Florida. It's a great central location for all the surrounding cities. Close to the highway and shopping. Thank you!
