Dr. Sheryl Hanawalt is an exceptional podiatrist. She is extremely knowledgable about foot care and foot issues. Her doctor- patient relationship is outstanding. She is kind, caring and has a lovely sense of humor. Her surgical skills are remarkable. Dr. Hanawalt performed two bunion surgeries on my feet in the past year. very positive experience!Why did I wait so long?
I was never treated so rudely by the receptionist! I missed my first appt and rescheduled, my appt 10:30, I arrived 10:25. I was told they could not see me and TOLD me to leave? The parking is horrific at st.Lukes hospital... I drove around 35 minutes looking for a spot to park... The receptionist Jessica was very very very rude. I will never go there... Also this Dr Hannawalt is not a St.Lukes Doctor, she rents space from St.Lukes, another reason not to go! There was nobody in the office NOBODY! What does that say....
I saw Dr. Hanawalt twice about 5-6 years ago and had a wonderful experience. She was very kind and walked me through the treatment plan for my foot. Unfortunately, I recently developed plantar fasciitis so I called and scheduled an appointment for 4pm on a weekday. I arrived for my appointment at 3:57pm and was told by the (rude) receptionist that she would have to check with the doctor if I would still be able to see the doctor or not.
