This is a long review for anyone to read, but the point is do not move here if you want to deal with a property that does not care for people’s wellbeing. Update as of 9/2: When we originally filed a complaint about the mold, the property manager knowingly removed the leaseholders access from the portal, prohibiting him from paying rent and submitting work orders. Candy the manager was really rude and disrespectful to me and I felt discriminated against . She made up lies as to why my application was now “ denied “ after I got email saying it was approved .
Another update as of 8/27: Spoke to corporate and they agreed to work this issue out.. well now the property manager has once again removed our access to pay rent. This does not seem legal in the slightest. I’ve been living here for almost a year, and have not had many issues. The ones you expect are ones that come with living in an apartment (I.E noise from kids). Miss Joselyn and Miss Candy are so sweet, very attentive, and understanding with their tenants, I wouldn’t have it any other way🫶🏻! Maintenance comes within a day or two of making the request, but they are so nice and gets the job done. 10/10 love the staff here, and the tenants just stay to themselves, no issues.
