Albert, The maintenance guy did the job pretty quickly, he is the best guy very responsive and helpful to all tenants
I'll be honest, the buildings themselves are older, however its a very safe place and every time I have had an issue, it has been quickly resolved. Rent prices are terrible everywhere these days, but this place honestly is much better than many of the others I have seen. Also, shout out to maintenance, especially Albert! I have had my fuse box fry out and water heater break and this guy has come every time to not only fix, but replace these systems. Do NOT RENT HERE! They let me move into a severe roach infested apartment without telling me
I absolutely love it here because it is so peaceful and quiet, It's not far from the freeway and close to shopping centers and the mall. There's so many trees and beautiful areas to take a break and to walk my dog. All of the neighbors I've met here have been friendly and chill. The pool is always clean and well kept. The grounds are always picked up and the office ladies are always so nice and easy to talk to. I've been living here going on three years now and have never had a problem
Perfect little apartment! Quiet and peaceful! Megan is amazing along with Lynn- Any issues are addressed immediately! I hope all my apartment experiences are as great as this one was! Thank you Woodlake!
