I have lived here for 10 years, and can say that whatever the previous posted has stated isn't true in my experience. Woodlake has been a great place to live. The staff are friendly and helpful and they address any concerns as quickly as possible. Also, there aren't any parties around here, especially late at night. The other residents are courteous and simply don't throw wild parties. Don't be fulled by the Woodlake Apartment's "charming" rental guides showing their only good apartment at their site. If you decide to rent here, don't be suprised when they tell you one thing and then do something else. Do not expect quality, or even desent maintenance work. They will not give you a time when maintenance will show up, and when they eventually do get around to getting to your work order, expect to put in a work order for the same thing not to long after, that is even if they fix the problem in the first plac... read more
