I am moving in this week — just got keys today actually — and want to applaud the staff here for such a seamless move-in process. I’ve moved A LOT, and this has by far been the most pleasant experience. My apartment was pristine from the moment I walked in the door. You can really tell the staff cares about this place, inside and out. And for Albany, you can’t beat the location and price. Looking forward to calling Woodlake home for hopefully a long time!

I lived at Woodlake Apartments for about 9 years; I only moved due to purchasing a home. The office staff was extremely helpful and always got back to me promptly. If there was ever an issue, they worked hard to resolve it in a timely manner. The location was perfect and easily accessible to everywhere in the Capital Region. The grounds were well-maintained and were great in the summer for a swim or during any beautiful day for a walk.
My partner and I lived at Woodlake for three years and just moved out due to a job change. Overall, our experience was EXCELLENT and we are sad to leave. Pros: The apartments are older styled, but well kept, clean and appliances were new. The price was significantly lower than other complexes of similar quality in the Albany area. Awful experience! Tour guide was quite disrespectful. We went there with a happy smile to look for our future home and got disappointed by the attitude of the tour guide. Also think that we got discriminated because when we said we took a cab to get there, she looked at us weird and went inside to get a map and was like : “follow this path and we will meet there” (with a very weird tone). Apartments are very nice though! But unfortunately we were not welcomed…
