New management is horrible. They don’t let residents plant anything in their gardens. Which helps them get out of the house and be active.
Senior & Disabled Community. Low rents if you qualify. Applications in the office . Easy Access to Shopping . Grounds Landscaped Regularly. Nice Managers.
Senior and disability housing. Long waiting list. Approximately 30 units. Duplexes close to shopping. Rent based on income.
The owners are rude to the tenants and don't take complaints well. If you even want to complain they start bringing up other things that dont even have to do with the situation.
