Fixed my gums and saved me $10k
Two years ago I was referred to WP for a root graft, and I was nervous and scared. But Dr. Ginosatis was so comforting, and explained everything clearly answering any questions I had. The procedure went smoothly and successfully. Dr. G has a calm, friendly and knowledgable manner and he and his staff are deeply committed to providing premium care for their patients. All my cleanings are done here now because I feel I am getting the best possible care. They have become like family to me.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We took our daughter to Dr. Ginosatis to have a pesky tooth removed, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and organized—everything was ready the moment we arrived. Dr. Ginosatis was fantastic with our daughter, keeping her calm and comfortable throughout the numbing and the procedure itself. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend
Today I was notified that there would be a 3% charge on credit cards and to my surprise also a 3% charge on debit cards. That was a surprise because none of my other places of business charge 3% on a debit card, which is the same as a check. When I asked Dr. G why .. ..he was defensive and claimed it was the software company that charges it not him, which was confusing cause he did not understand that I was the one paying the extra 3%. World-class service!! Every single member of the staff was helpful and pleasant. Leanne was my wonderful hygienist, who made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Ginosatis was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to really listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He made sure I was well-informed throughout the course of my treatment plan. If I could give 10 stars I would - absolutely top-notch service.
