Great experience. Finished the treatment on time. Doctors and staff were very supportive and helpful throughout the treatment.
Had good service many years ago. They continue to mistakenly harass for non existent billing issues since they can't keep their records straight. Avoid.
My dentist recommended Dr Bhat. I would like to start by saying her staff is awesome! Dr Bhat (and the oral surgeon) were amazing in the beginning, they made getting an oral expander and braces seem like “not that big of a deal”. I was told “the worst I was likely to experience was a gap between my front teeth”. Once I got the oral expander and was having horrible problems they did not care at all. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bhat and her assistants. I came in because my permanent retainer came unglued in my mouth after over twenty years of having it. The last time I had seen an orthodontist was when they put it in at this same practice but the orthodontist who ran it has since retired. I wasn’t sure if they’d see me since it had been so many years but I called and they were extremely helpful and said they would take a look the next day to see what could be done.
