Overall, the office is great! Anna and Christine at Reception are phenomenal. Dr. Lee and his Perio Assistant are also fantastic. They clearly explained my recommended short-term and long-term treatment plans, as well as the portions of treatments my insurance would cover. My only disappointment was with Dr. Kaur, who I saw for my initial visit. She left me waiting in the chair for half of my 1.5-hour appointment while she attended to other patients. As a first time patient, the staff and atmosphere were so welcoming. I transferred from a different clinic and was concerned about the process of getting my paperwork, xrays, etc in order. However, Dr. Choi and the team made the experience extremely smooth with great knowledge and expertise. Highly recommended!
