I’m a resident here at Woodington West Apartments, I’ve been here for a week or so. And I can say that everyone has been very attentive and helpful. I’ve been having problems with my fridge and the maintenance guy Tayonte and Derrick was very attentive and came in an emergency and got it fixed for me. Sabrina, Ebony and Becky have been great also. Also when I initially came here before I moved in London was great. Customer service is Awesome!! Ms. Diamond is very professional & pleasant young lady.. I hope she’s stay nice touch to the office…Everyone in the office is!
We ment with a lady name diamond she is very professional and helpful she ment all our demands and when we didn’t understand sometimes she help us through it. This company is very lucky to have her she is a people person and we appreciate her so much.

This place is bad news. I tried to give them a chance even though there were red flags the day I moved in. I’ve only been here a few months and I’m not renewing. Woodington West Apartments are infested with MICE and ROACHES! Pest control only comes on Tuesday, and they will lie and say they treated your apartment. I purposely stayed home multiple times and they never showed up to treat the apartment for pests. Doors to buildings are not secured so teenagers skip school and smoke weed in the buildings during the day. The mice... read more
