My daughter and grandson lives in this property June will be a year. She has been putting in service requests since day 1, and nothing rectified timely or completely. She has always been on time with her payments. Currently she is experiencing leaking water from the bathroom and its extending and causing mold. No one is taking her concerns seriously and the conditions are becoming unlivable especially with a baby. This is unacceptable and the concerns are not her responsibility. Great on the price but crappy work far as kitchen cabinets. The high school kids can break the front door of the building and turn the hallway it into a smoking lounge. People let their dogs go in the grass with no care to pick it up after. Will be leaving once my lease is up. Nothing personal just tired of being next to degeneracy far as the nonsense.

I’m a resident here at Woodington West Apartments, I’ve been here for a week or so. And I can say that everyone has been very attentive and helpful. I’ve been having problems with my fridge and the maintenance guy Tayonte and Derrick was very attentive and came in an emergency and got it fixed for me. Sabrina, Ebony and Becky have been great also. Also when I initially came here before I moved in London was great. Customer service is Awesome!! Ms. Diamond is very professional & pleasant young lady.. I hope she’s stay nice touch to the office…Everyone in the office is!
