If I could put a zero i would....They know my dog is deceased since they sent me to West Vet and I told them she was put down, yet they continue to send me appointment reminders which is extremely upsetting when I check my e mail. This has been going on since June. They have a lack of communication between vets as well. I will never take a pet there and have found another vet to care for my new puppy.
