This company absolutely KNOWS that they are substandard and refuse to do anything about it. Mold was reported repeatedly, and the most they did was send a maintenance man to spray over the area. My restroom was missing a ceiling for 3 months where raw sewage was spilling through, and they took their sweet time addressing it. I had mold tests done and it was the worst type to have, so, finally had to move, and they didn't want to let us out of our lease. Do your research on this place, they are worse than slumlords.
The absolute worst place to live. Mold infested, rat infested, obsolete and barely any upkeep. Their apartments are literally falling apart. Management does not care to do proper fixes. Talk about real slum lords. Avoid at all costs. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down by the housing authority yet.

They could take mold concerns more seriously. It literally kills people and they do not seem to care about it.
If you want to deal with black mold and unruly neighbors, this is the place for you! Plus If you really hate your life, you might get fortunate enough to get shot by those same unruly neighbors who have had numerous complaints. Misery loves this company!!
Worst management ever! Wont fix water leaks or mold issues. Do NOT rent here , worst company in btown
Good landlords. Low on frills like internet payment, remodeling, and deals/extra amenties, but their properties are well-maintained and they are very responsive to maintenance calls/ongoing issues, plus their rentals are some of the best values in town.
