I’ve used Woodie Woods several times and have always been pleased. The most recent experience was replacement of a toilet and two water heaters. Oscar and his team were terrific. Everyone was courteous and friendly and explained what steps they were taking, with Oscar also kindly showing me the different options available. My previous experience was with Brad, also super. And the office team is always helpful and friendly. It really is a great team at Woodie Woods!
The kindness and patience of Andrew made me certain that this is the kind of service we need to get our home plumbing issues resolved. He had to explain it all twice. He and Rille were very professional and most helpful! I learned so much about the process and how important it is to have the kind of crew that you can count on!
Andrew was great! Although I didn't use the services, he was kind, patient, and professional. He was thorough in explaining the pricing and why the company would not extend a warranty on a hot water heater less than 5 years old.
Excellent, efficient and covered all the unexpected on my 78 year old galvanized piping in replacing my 28 y.o. water heater and shut off valve. Andrew A. is very task driven and willing to do what it takes to get it done on time and within budget.
I had a great experience with Jerry and Gavin. They assessed both my water heaters, and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase there on the spot (though they did have a quote ready and were ready to work on it if I wanted). He also went above and beyond to educate me on how the water heaters worked and told me how I can keep an eye on servicing them myself.
