I’ve used Woodie Woods several times and have always been pleased. The most recent experience was replacement of a toilet and two water heaters. Oscar and his team were terrific. Everyone was courteous and friendly and explained what steps they were taking, with Oscar also kindly showing me the different options available. My previous experience was with Brad, also super. And the office team is always helpful and friendly. It really is a great team at Woodie Woods!
Just want to call out Oscar H. and Mark specifically for doing a wonderful job for fixing our faucet and toilet, especially as a last-minute emergency request. They explained the issue clearly and resolved it swiftly. In fact, they also did some other checks around the house and explained how we could save some money, without prompting. Very pleased with the service we received and will definitely be using and recommending Woodie Woods Plumbing in the future!
The kindness and patience of Andrew made me certain that this is the kind of service we need to get our home plumbing issues resolved. He had to explain it all twice. He and Rille were very professional and most helpful! I learned so much about the process and how important it is to have the kind of crew that you can count on!
Gavin and Ethan Garrett from Woody Woods Plumbing are the best! They showed up right on time, gave us a quick and honest recommendation for our water heater, and were genuinely funny guys to have around. They even went out of their way to fix my garden hose and provide vacuum preventers for our spigots at no charge. Woodie Woods' & Kyle's service was very timely, congenial and expertly conducted. We had a toilet flushing problem, & after eliminating pipeline possibilities, we jointly determined that the problem must be the toilet, itself. Kyle picked up and brought back a new toilet.
