I have used Woodie Woods Plumbing for many years. Andrew Avis was my technician for this issue. He was great! Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very personable and explained everything very clearly answering all my questions as he diagnosed and resolved the problem. The excavators did a great job as well! Thank you!!!!
Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had! Jerry was very knowledgeable and solved the two issues I had with no problems. They were both challenging, but Jerry really has the experience and intelligence to know what to do. He is friendly and confident and puts you at ease with knowing your in good hands. I’m so happy he was able to fix things right! I’ll definitely call Woodie Woods and ask for Jerry when I need a plumbing job because he knows what he’s doing and does it right!
Andrew & Gaven provided rapid, outstanding, friendly service from the instant they arrived. When we thought we'd be without water overnight (it was a huge job) they stayed until sunset to ensure we had water! The level of professionalism and degree of skill exceeded our highest expectations! Stellar work, outstanding customer service & satisfaction.
It was Friday afternoon and I needed to replace an old disposal and called Woodie Woods Plumbing. Fortunately they had a technician in the area and he got started. Unfortunately he didn’t have a replacement disposal in the truck, but he rescheduled for Monday. Jerry showed up around 10 and got to work quickly. Very professional and highly knowledgeable. A job well done. I highly recommend and would use again.
No one likes an emergency plumbing issue. I’m so glad that I called Woodie Woods! Andrew and Gavin were very thorough and able to make my repairs quickly and walked through a list of my other concerns for future repairs. No pressure - just advice.
