I had a great experience with Jerry and Gavin. They assessed both my water heaters, and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase there on the spot (though they did have a quote ready and were ready to work on it if I wanted). He also went above and beyond to educate me on how the water heaters worked and told me how I can keep an eye on servicing them myself. I was kept informed by Krystal of their arrival status, and Brad and Ethan were friendly, professional, excelling in their work while explaining everything as they went along. They will definitely be my plumbers going forward, and I will happily recommend them to others.
Same great service from Woodie Woods Plumbing that I have experienced over the years. Andrew Avis and associate did a great job! Arrived promptly, assessed the situation with the toilet, and presented an estimate before completing the repair. Repairs completed, toilet and bathroom cleaned up neatly, provided information regarding age of the cast iron waste pipe and issues that could arise in the future.
Andrew and his assistant did a great job. They were on time, polite and showed care in keeping the work area clean. Andrew explained what work was being done and why it was necessary. In short Andrew has lived up to the standards set by Woodie Woods Plumbing, a company I have used for several decades.
Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had! Jerry was very knowledgeable and solved the two issues I had with no problems. They were both challenging, but Jerry really has the experience and intelligence to know what to do. He is friendly and confident and puts you at ease with knowing your in good hands. I’m so happy he was able to fix things right! I’ll definitely call Woodie Woods and ask for Jerry when I need a plumbing job because he knows what he’s doing and does it right!
