Woodhouse is a great doctor. He explains everything in great detail so you understand what you will be taking and the treatment plan. The office staff on the other hand, terrible. You have to call them multiple times just to get a refill. On top of that no one can ever be consistent with how things are done. I wish he would just get better staff cause I really don’t want to have to get a new doctor.

Absolutely love how much time & care Dr Woodhouse gives. He listens to you and is the smartest doctor I have ever met. I am a nurse and appreciate his knowledge and advice on vitamins as well. I come from Washington State to see him because there is no doctor that could ever come close to the care he provides. He’s brilliant! I know great care when I see it. He’s amazing!
Horrible office staff. Refusal to provide access to medical records and discrimination resulted in the filing of an OCR complaint.
I have called twice in the last two weeks for a refill on one of my mom's prescriptions and they always say, "I'll get it called in right away," but they still haven't called it in. Also, you can only call 4 days a week between 10 am and 12 pm
Dr. Woodhouse is a good doctor but the office staff isn't very good at their job. Plus when you need a refill you have to call them yourself because the pharmacy cant because the Dr. office is electronic yet. Also I'm angry because Dr. Woodhouse prescribed 3 medications for my dad that he isn't even taking anymore. It cost my dad almost $400 dollars for meds he don't even take. The pharmacy can not take them back either.
Office staff is horrible to talk to. They are very combative and disrespectful when speaking to you.
Dr. Woodhouse is awesome but his office staff are horrible. Not worth it anymore. They act like school children. They don't treat you like a patient. I am paying them for a service and I expect to be treated with respect. 2x now when the dr was out of town, the office wasn't open so I could get my labs drawn. I drive 30 minutes. Won't do it anymore. Too bad
His office staff are rude, nasty, combative and just plain rude. He was a good doctor however dealing with that office staff is not worth at.
