Update: The salon did reach out to me to apologize for my experience which I appreciate. I will give it another go in the future and update here. I wish I would have read the other Google review about the rushed pedicure. I had a very similar experience but I was not the last appointment of the day. I had another wonderful experience at Woodhouse! The treatments I received were extremely relaxing. The spa is very clean and the atmosphere is perfect to help you unwind and relax. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!

Had such an amazing experience at Woodhouse in Rocky River. Jessica is by far THE best masseuse I’ve ever had for a Deep Tissue. I also had a HydroGlacial facial with Mimi and again, hands down the best facial I’ve had. Atmosphere was so calm, quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to absolutely everyone who wants a top tier experience and a day (or a couple hours) to escape.
