Very unfortunate experience to witness the owner discriminate against the staff…the effect on the staff member was truly painful to watch. I wouldn’t spend a dollar here.
I don’t normally post stuff like this but I have to because some things I feel are just too important- Woodhouse Spas in Rocky River treat their staff and therapists poorly- firing them at a rate unseen. I feel terrible. Watching these types of owners make money on the backs of people they see as disposable is awful- it breaks my heart. I would never give them a cent of my money for how they treat people…. It’s awful
The best massage I've ever had .The therapist, Angie, has an incredible touch! Very lucky to have a massage with her!
The facility's professionalism and welcoming atmosphere, from reception to massage therapy, were exceptional. My massage therapist, Gordon, provided outstanding service, leaving me feeling significantly less stressed and thoroughly relaxed. I plan to return for future appointments.
