My son sent me here for my birthday and what an excellent choice he made!!! The aesthetic of low lights, low relaxing music, the aromatics, Robes and sandals, complimentary champagne, wine or mimosas and a nut mix to snack on while your room is prepared. My masseuse's name was Tonya and this woman moved like a well oiled machine!!!! I also chose my own scent of oil. I went and saw Jazmine & Gordon. Two separate appointments & they were both fabulous. I am shocked at the relief their massages gave me, and the kind and genuine energy of them both. They are truly special people & almost energetically light and vibrant. I will be back! If you have not been you MUST GO. Courtney is also so helpful and sweet! So happy I found this place!
Average pedicure / manicure provision at the Rocky River location. My recommendation is going to the Pinecrest Cleveland location for better experience.
In just needing a skin refresher, I scheduled in for a facial. What I got was not a facial, but an EXPERIENCE!!! Dana was absolutely outstanding and I left feeling wonderful and refreshed!!! She is wonderfully talented aesthetician with hands that love what she is doing and it shows from start to finish in the 80-minute service I had with her. Also a shout-out to the front-desk team. All really nice and helpful in getting you in and out efficiently.
