The best massage I've ever had .The therapist, Angie, has an incredible touch! Very lucky to have a massage with her!
The facility's professionalism and welcoming atmosphere, from reception to massage therapy, were exceptional. My massage therapist, Gordon, provided outstanding service, leaving me feeling significantly less stressed and thoroughly relaxed. I plan to return for future appointments.
This is an updated review. Over a year ago I left a 5 star review about how great the facilities and masseuses were, but they've really let things slide. I've had 3 massages in the past 4 months here that I'd describe as painful despite asking for lighter pressure. Whenever I've found a good massage therapist, the next time I ask for them they've relocated or are no longer with them suggesting pay or management isn't fulfilling to keep good employees. Great vibe. Very relaxing. Pricier than some of the other places in the area but the experience is also better.
I came to the Woodhouse spa in Rocky River for my birthday and it was the best experience I ever had. My masseuse was Dominique, she was very polite and she made the whole massage experience very relaxing and she got all my knots out lol. Overall it was a very good massage and anyone that’s coming here to get a massage needs to ask for Dominique cause she’s definitely the best.
