Very very nice property. Abby was Amazing as my masseuse. Made all my stress drift away into the abyss. Glad I booked the aromatherapy as well. Highly recommend this venue and Abby!
This was my first time at Woodhouse spa and I greatly enjoyed it! When you get there, they provide cozy robes and sandals and offer a variety of drinks (water, tea, wine, mimosas etc). I did the renewal bath and sleep massage. It was heavenly! I am a breast-feeding mom and was worried about needing to pump in between my services. The ladies were amazing about scheduling my services with a break in between and getting me a space to feel comfortable pumping. My new favorite place for massages in Grand Rapids!
booked a treatment at woodhouse spa and it was a nice break from a busy week. the place felt calm as soon as i walked in, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. everything was clean, relaxing, and never felt rushed. left feeling refreshed and already thinking about coming back.
I recently booked the Hydrotherapy Head Spa Retreat and unfortunately left disappointed. I do want to mention that I frequent this spa and have always had wonderful experiences here in the past, which is why this was especially surprising to me. The staff member was very kind and tried to help after I mentioned being cold, but the overall experience was not relaxing for me.
