Their services were good the place was beautiful,but they tacked on an additional $70 of "UPGRADES " without even telling me, which when I told the girl at the front desk that I was not informed she preceded to tell me I was lying! I couldn't believe that for 350+ I was treated like that!
I have been to the Woodhouse Day Spa in Denver many times, but the prices are too high for what you get. I spent almost 1, 000 for services for my daughter and me and they no longer provide brushes for your hair and then your pressured to give high tips across the board. Won't be back.

I was really disappointed in how Aimee, the spa director, handled my return on a product. The services I received were good but my experience was ruined by the lack of customer service.
