Update: I checked my lug nuts today. Not surprisingly, they were all tight. Telling me that alloy wheels were the reason why I was missing a lug nut is patently false. It was another disingenuous attempt to shift responsibility to the customer. It harkens back to when you had to fill your tires with nitrogen forgetting that air is made up mostly of nitrogen. The service department is horrible. This seems to be a trend across dealer service departments. My vehicle had around 20k miles when a tire pressure sensor went out. Of note, I have never had a TPS go out on a vehicle especially one that isn't two years old. I raise a concern that the vehicle is not very old, I bought the extended warranty, but I would still have to pay for it. After talking to the service manager, they agree to cover it. Thanks.
