Got a three day run around trying to get service on my Mach e. Not very helpful when all they say is call the service number.
Bought two vehicles in October 2024. Week one we took to car wash, water leaking in the by seatbelt. (Look at the roof and they caulked where there’s a hole) Many sensors had to be replaced. Satellite radio doesn’t work. No signal. Navigation doesn’t work. Now blown engine. 11k to replace. Haven’t even drove 4k miles. The mechanic said the engine is unsalvageable. I just had the best car-buying experience of my life with Herman at Woodhouse Ford! I’d spent a week working on a deal with a different Ford dealership for a new Bronco Sport. We finally agreed on something, but I couldn’t get anything in writing. Since I was nervous about this, I called Woodhouse on a whim. Do NOT come here to a buy a car if you don’t want to be taken advantage of! They appear to be honest and trustworthy people but are really ravenous wolves that are after your money! Do not go in there thinking that they’re really trying to give you the best deal or help you because they’ll end up having you verbally agree to a “great deal” and then sneakily get you to sign off on something horrible, if you aren’t careful.
