Said they would call in a couple hours, 25 hours later still waiting even if you can do anything on an approval a call would still be great
All they want is your phone info so they can call and harass you. Email conversations are a joke as they dont listen to you, then they want you to do their job finding a vehicle for them. Complain to management and they show your complaint to employee and never address issues with you. Or you get contacted by random agent with no explanation or follow up. Waste of time trying to get anything from them because they want you to test drive only to have it sold.
Alex was the salesman who helped me and even though I didn’t leave with what I was hoping for he made this experience worth it. I appreciate his relaxed personality and ability to make me feel like I was talking to one of my own friends. So often you see salesman that are in your face just trying to get a deal done. He took the time and built rapport and told me he wants to find the car for me even though it didn’t happen today. I’ll definitely be going back to him when another car comes through!
